This Dr. talked up a good game when I went in. He was pleasant enough in the beginning but when I had to make a change due to a surgery and the holiday, they didnt return my call, but did setup a followup. During the followup for the change the manner was rude. My wife was with me and tried to make a point and wast told to "Be Quiet!" He couldnt remember issues that he himself had caused me and when I brought that up he was very dismissive. I got lectures when I went in, there was no dialouge, it was all one way.
