I called at 9 am to make appointment and was told by the answering service that she had to leave a message (no one answered)...I waited for several hours to receive a call back and never received one...I called back at 1:45 and was told by answering service that everyone was out to lunch but the recording states lunch is over at 1:30pm...I call that poor service!!!
