I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment both appointments I wait over 3 hours in the waiting room or the examination room. While the doctor seemed nice, he did not appear to be completely aware of my medical needs, condition, and/or the tests he had just required the hospital run on me. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day!!! When I called to get information about the tests that were run, the receptionist was rude and told me that they would not be calling me back, "if the tests didn't should anything! and that she had no Idea when they would be getting back to me at all. She explained that the doctor had a stack of files that she just saw, but would not go see if one of the files was mine! She was rude, uncaring and disconnected from her job, the patients, and her attitude! It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting, the waiting room was unclean and looked to have walked out of the 70's, the examination rooms were filthy and appeared to have blood in the corner where the garbage can was, not to mention that the pictures on the wall were faded and again appeared to be pages from a medical book from many years ago and pined to the wall with a tack that were again faded. The bathroom was disgusting and the floors showed signs of high traffic and lack of toilet training. NEVER AGAIN!
