In a word, Dr. Pappas is the best of the best. Bright, caring, thorough, knowledgable, personable-that rare breed of physician whose bedside manner and follow-up is nonpareil. If he says he will call, he calls. He never gives you the feeling that he is in a rush or only has a limited amount of time to spend with you. He asks questions and actually listens to your answers and you never feel as though you are unimportant to him. He is a good friend.
