It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
