If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
