Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I got lost and called and then when I got there was told I would have to reschedule. I was a returning customer , but I will never set foot in this office again !

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Dr. Gottlieb cmae in and looked at me and said "ah the last of the great pickers" in reference to my complexion and every other thing that came out of his mouth was sarcastic after that. I asked if stress could contribute to my condition and if so would making an effort to reduce stress would be helpful. His response was " even if it doesn't help it would be good to do anyhow". No kidding, he had the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. He never gave a straight answer. I still remeber his comments and how they made me feel and that was four years ago. I couldn't wait to leave there and would never see him again.
