Mary Alice is AWESOME!! I went to several skin doctors in Texas and here in Georgia---NO ONE gave me the right answer to what was wrong with my hand. Until seeing Mary Alice! I went in thinking...another dr probably going to talk some bs and either tell me to change soap or get lotion. WRONG!! She pulled out her textbook and showed me what was wrong with me! Unbelievable! It took time, but my hand is better.
The reason I'm giving this place a 4 star is because the reps are...well...RUDE and no other way to say it but b*tch*s! And either brainless or like to tick people off. They tend to write one appointment down on a schedule card then log in another date on their computer. This has happen to me and other patients. Then Mary Alice apologizes--NOT her fault and she shouldn't apologize for their mistakes (if it is mistatkes...). They should take responsibility and apologize!
I GIVE MARY ALICE 5 stars.
