So far my experience with Dr. Mancuso has been good. He seems very thorough and informed. Also, he is personable and caring. I was worried about a previous diagnosis and I went to him for a second opinion. I am so thankful that I did! Great staff too.
I had a very terrible experience at his office in Decatur on October 8,2018. I went to him on 9/24 in regards to my face. When I was called to the back, before I can place my purse in the chair, he had begun to write a prescription. Recommended a facial product to buy from the front that would help me with break out. Everything, he prescribed made my skin break even more. So, I was giving an appointment to come back, when I arrived to his office in Decatur, I was told, I cancel my appointment. I simple stated numerous of time, no one talk to me and I did not cancel appointment. One of his staff, told me, yes you did cancel your appointment because I called your number. I tried to show in my cell phone log, she did not called, but she insisted to tell me that she doesn't make any mistake and she did call my phone. Well, I called my mother asked her did someone called her in regards to an appointment around 2:30p.m. she said yes but she had no knowledge of the doctor and appointment because when the staff member called she asked for Mrs. Brooks. After clarifying that she spoke with my mother, she stated, well I have no way of knowing what number I'm calling. But the doctor refused to see after his staff made the mistake. Terrible customer service
