I made an appointment MONTHS ago. They insisted I come with my paperwork filled out and sent me PDFs. I had everything filled out - took probably half an hour. I drove madly through accidents this morning to get there on time (I did). Then got seated in a waiting room with perhaps 20+ other people. There were only maybe 5 seats available in the room - and this is a single doctor facility!?!? What is going on!?

I waited for 25 minutes and in that time, one person was called back. Keep in mind this was 9AM - I thought I'd be one of the first appointments.

I'm sorry Dr. Gardner - if your office is that poorly run on my first visit, I'm not giving you the benefit of the doubt and won't be coming in. After wasting over an hour of my time for you, I'd appreciate a little respect of my time and seeing me promptly. People, we need to fight back against these doctors and how they waste our time!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
