I have called a number of times about my results especially since I am leaving on vacation tomorrow and I have been told one day they had received my blood results then the next day that no they hadn't and then oh well maybe they are on the Dr's desk. I have said the symptoms have gotten worse with heart palpitations and shortness of breath and would they please call me before I left so I would know whether to stay on the medication I am on or not.....guess what it is 3:00 and still no word.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The Receptionist contacted my Family Doctor and said I could not be seen by Dr. Halsey as a New Patient because I was rude to her. My daughter is a patient of Dr. Halsey's and both of us have had to deal with her rudeness, abrasive voice, and abrasive personality for a few years. I will be finding a new doctor for my daughter as well as myself. I refuse to deal with his Receptionist ever again.
