They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
