Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was really disappointed with how inaccurate my prescription was after visiting them. My vision was screwed up for weeks and I ended up having to go to someone else to finally be able to see properly. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
