I'm more than an insurance card and name on a list. If you have state funded health insurance Envision will make you feel as though you are "second class citizen".

I saw Dr. Hanson for several years and when the state changed my insurance without my knowledge I was dropped like a hot rock. Now that my insurance has been switched back to an acceptable one for Envision I must be placed on a "waiting list".

As I said, I am more than a insurance card and deserve better than a "list".
