They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment. I was impressed from the first moment I entered for my appointment and sat in their very comfortable waiting room chairs.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
