Great doctor. Easy in and out. What is not to love?

My daughter had an appointment today in the afternoon. We arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early. About 15 minutes later, one of the techs called her in for her pre screening. After that we ended up waiting over 40 minutes and she still did not see the eye doctor. Turns out that there were a couple of "urgent" cases that came in and no one at the desk informed my daughter that there would be a significant delay. No one kept us updated. I only found out about this delay when I went up to the desk to talk to one of the staff. My daughter re-scheduled for another day. This was truly an inconvenience to us and should have never happened. I work for a clinic and I know that we are responsible to see to it that the patients are seen in a timely manner and that if there is a unforeseen delay, that we inform the patients that are waiting, and give them an opportunity to either wait a bit longer, or reschedule. The staff of this office need to learn to keep the patients updated and informed and not allow any patient to have to sit and wait, beyond the normal time between exams. Very disappointed with the staff. The doctor, is very good, and does a good exam (we know, from past visits)

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!
Did your eye exam hurt at all?
Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had

Absolutely, I can finally see well again!
