They are always happy to answer my questions, and I have had no problem getting prescription refills or re-scheduling appointments when necessary. I was confident that I was under the care of professionals. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I have had no problem getting referrals to specialists when necessary, especially for tests. Dr. L is great about explaining what the test is for, and how the results can be interpreted. I love that they can do EKGs and blood draws right there in the office, which saves me a trip to somewhere else for those services. I do wish they had extended hours, perhaps a little later on one evening or a few hours on a Saturday.
