New office is better. No more annoying tv, less patients sitting around with shorter wait. Scheduling online works good for me. Can also see lab results and contact doctor with questions on patient portal. While it can be frustrating to try to reach him by phone, try the portal. I've never had to wait more than a day for a response. Dr. Thompson always takes his time with me and answers all of my questions. He's been my doctor for over 15 years. I highly recommend him.
