Dr. Borghi-Cavallaro is fantastic. At the start of every appointment, she takes the time to listen, takes lots of notes from our discussions, and then puts me at ease by describing what she is thinking or doing. I have always had my questions answered adequately when I meet with her! She is very easy to talk to and crafts her responses in a personal way.

The staff at Brighton Family Medicine leave A LOT to be desired. Many of the front window staff act as though you are interrupting their work when you come sign in, ask a question, or call in. On a number of occasions I will hear the staff having personal conversations while I'm standing at the window, laughing and being jovial with each other but, when they turn around to help me they get quick with their words and do not smile at all. Very unfriendly, off-putting front window staff!

It does take a great deal of time to get in to actually SEE Dr. Borghi. On occasion I've met with her PA which is okay. I don't feel like her PA is quite as knowledgeable as I would like. He wants you to get in and out of his office quickly.

I've had a few times where Dr. Borghi has said her staff would be calling me later that day or the next day and that call never came through. And even after I called them to obtain the information, it took a couple of weeks to get back to me.

Any time I've needed paperwork filled out, it's been very prompt.

Although the staff is not courteous and friendly, I'm happy enough with Dr. Borghi herself to still go there. If it gets any worse, though, I would seek a new physician. Unfortunate that she doesn't hire better staff!
