The waiting area is not huge, but there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. Andres is an excellent doctor, he cares about his patients and parents, and I have been very happy with his practice. I intend to return as a patient when we move back to the area.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
