I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started mostly on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
