Dr. is great, but office terrible. Received a letter from them suggesting a visit. Had to call three times and wait for over 5 min's before someone finally answered the call to make an appointment a month away. Called twice the week before the appointment to schedule bloodwork...no answer after 5 min's...finally got answer and put on hold, no one picked up for over 5 min's....Went to scheduled appointment..receptionist asking questions like new patient and wanted insurance card even though I told them they photocopied it last time I was in....said they had a new system and needed all the information again.....waited 35 min's and went to front desk..said no way they could get me in in 15 more min's. Asked for office manager.. someone else came out, told them what had transpired and that I had documentation, she said there was nothing they could do. Canceled.....BAD OFFICE....DO NOT GO THERE....GO ANYWHERE ELSE...
