Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I'm 70 years old and have had many doctors and only two others can compare to Doctor Steven Mullis. I wish I had room to share my most recent expierence with him, even though I am no longer his patient he saw to it that my needs were fulfilled. I used to think that he was a good doctor but now I believe he is one of the great ones. To him you are his patient and not just a number. He is extremely caring about all of his patients.

He has very uncaring office staff. They have no compassion whatsoever...... If you try to advocate to them or attempt to appeal to their compassion you get the boot. They do not need to be in the business of family helath care at all.
