They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were fuuly staffed and I still ended up having to wait quite awhile, 45 min in front, then 30 in back room and the wait happens everytime The chairs in their waiting room served their purpose and I couldn't complain. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. As tthe Staff are Very rude, & can be hateful, Doc hatcher & ms Karen are wonderful though. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. the other 2 "doc, are not so great and have gotten things wrong meny times in the charts & what they have said was wrong. But really it's the staff at the front desks that are the worst!

Want to see you every 3 months for a controlled condition such high blood pressure or allergies, and give a 30 day supply of medication, with 2-3 refills, but will give pain medications that are for several months. Doesn't make sense. Very rude, and when you ask about how the necessary medication could have been missed and the other enough for so long they tell you to go find another doctor. No appointment availability within reasonable time. Very difficult to work with. Appointment wait in excess of an hour many times. The office staff has informed me that I was to tell my PA to write information in my chart because she didn't put it in there before too. Very strange. I would think that would be internal. Why would they have a patient handling those matters if there was indeed a problem? I did a search and have found poor ratings. It's not just me; see this person's complaint http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/444/RipOff0444231.htm#422621 I am very disappointed with the office staff and the main doctor at this office. I think that when medical doctors, etc. lose site of what medicine is supposed to be about, that they are in the wrong profession and should revisit their decision.
