The entire experience feels like a factory from the minute you enter the large waiting room to when you see the doctor. I'm just another client or number to them. The doctor is competent but does not seem particularly interested, rather rote and really no sense of humor. However, his diagnosis has been accurate.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
