I had felt bad for about a month but when someone at a local flower nursey told me I didn't look well I decided to go see someone. I called Dr. Olson's office and a polite receptionist told me to come on and they would work me in. Dr. Olson was polite, thorough, provided me multiple opportunities to speak instead of me feeling muzzled like I have with other doctors in the past who were trying to rush in and out. Turned out my blood pressure was very high which we are addressing as well as searching for the underlying causes. She explained things to me far better than anyone else has ever done and made plenty of eye contact which many practioners fail to do(pet peeve of mine). I trust her and will continue to see her. My family will be using her in the future. The office was high tech, everyone acted like they were glad to be part of the team, short wait time although I would not have minded a longer wait for the tune-up/check-up I received. Used the bathroom there, went in the lab for bloodwork and every place I looked(and I am nosy) was far cleaner than 95% of other doctor's offices I have been to. If you want a competent, caring, attentive physician with a warm receptive staff with the right attitude then look no further. I have never done a review on another physician because it would have been negative and I wouldn't want to do that but when I left I felt compelled to give some credit where it was due.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
