Because I wasn't able to provide a urine sample he dismissed me as his patient and the staff were very rude about it. It was a simple case of 'not being able to go' at the time they asked. It was a late Friday afternoon and on my way to my job. They are not open on weekends so I came back that Monday and was told to forget it, he would most likely dismiss me; which he did. DO NOT risk your health with this doctor nor his very rude staff. I felt as though I was labeled as some sort of drug addict. I'm 64 and disabled working a PT job, just making an honest living. I was humiliated by both this doctor and the staff.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Most of the time i"m in and out< i don't have a big wait. Dr Lutz takes his time to talk to me.
