The staff was friendly enough. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored most of my questions.
