Dr. M. Mitchell is an excellent physician. She is a European trained physician and surgeon and is 'old school' all the way. She became a Family Practice doctor when she developed Rhumatoid Arthrits and could not do surgery anymore. She will not give prescriptions without being prodded by a patient, and she will not give pain medication until she knows EXACTLY how and why it is being used. Because we are both approximately the same age, she uses her own experience in aging to identify and relate to me. She does not coddle, she is very practical, thorough, and listens very well. I sincerely believe she is an excellent and NICE person too. I would, without hesitation, endorse her as the next Surgeon General of the United States. If this sounds like excessive praise, it is, and she deserves it.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
