I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
