This doctor saw me at Glen Carbon Express Care for a painful red eye. She never touched me, nor examined my eye. She asked if I wore contacts and wrote a prescription for antibiotic eye drops - 2 minutes, max. The paperwork said conjunctivitis, which was false. Had she examined my eye, she would have known this. I had to see another provider who actually examined my eye and found a large eye lash way down in my lower eyelid. When he removed it, I got relief. The kicker was the $532 bill she sent me for this incompetent service.
