The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Dr. Hood was extremely easy to talk to, very attentive and had a very positive attitude about getting to the root of the problem and having a game plan for getting well. I was very impressed and they got me in the same day. A great place to choose your family doctor.
