Dr. Balis and his entire staff (particularly his nurse, Shelia) are above and beyond with the care and attention that they have given me. I have seen numerous doctors (over 40) for many years now and can honestly say that there is really no one better to care for you and your family.

All questions will be answered as clearly and accurately as possible and you'll actually be listened to and cared about. (I mean, really, no one is all knowing; but some doctors can blow you off, or answer a few questions in full and skirt around others, or pass you off - or your questions - to another doctor, whether they're annoyed that they can't help you or annoyed that you'd ask and they don't know.)

Everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful and you'll be seen when needed, even if you have to be squeezed in last minute. (Perhaps not always, but I had a few experiences that they accommodated me on while also making me feel like it was no hassle at all - and it probably was_exactly_a hassle.)

I can honestly say that visiting a doctor isn't high on my fun list - pretty much ever, for any reason, ...at all - but I always left feeling much better than when I arrived (hope is a great thing, really) and I never saw any of his patients leave with anything less than a smile.

Without sounding like an overexcited teenager (and yes, I totally wish I was still that young): BEST. DOCTOR. EVER.
