They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
