They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

Not at all; cheap and plastic

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
