The staff here was rude, unwelcoming, and totally inflexible, and the doctor was not anymore help. If you are unable to conform to their rules, it will not be possible to get an appointment. I'd suggest visiting another practice that includes people who care about helping patients.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
