Dr. Silveira empowers her patients to do their best. She not only tells you what needs to be done, but explains "how" to achieve that goal. Her kindness and confidence is contagious!

My appointment is as long as I need; you won't be scratching your head wondering what was said. Dr. Silveira is thorough. Like a General, I'll follow her anywhere!

Her staff is dedicated to doing a good job. The Health Portal Notes is an excellent tool. I use it and will become more computer savvy as I go along. I'm lucky to have found my doctor.

I was until 2 weeks ago, a five year patient of Dr. Silveria's before firing her, her PA, her staff and CSHP, for being inept, making errors and poor medical practice. On my last visit, the time allotted to my visit was seriously insufficient because, I believe, the scheduler didn't allow the proper amount of time. The PA I saw, didn't complete my physical, didn't address most of my questions, could not tell me when I had had a last pneumonia shot (which had been administered at that office) and told me to schedule another appointment! The final straw was when I went to a surgeon and found out that as my primary care physician, they had FAILED to get the pre op clearance to that surgeon less than 24 hours before the scheduled surgery. When I discovered this critical failure and to get it resolved prior to the surgery, I made several calls, only to have a message to call them again left for me at the WRONG number. The only time Dr Silveria has ever called me was as a result of a complaint to the CSHP patient advocate. There is no way to reach her or her office. All calls go through CSHP, which are inept at relaying information, thoroughly understanding what their internal problems are and taking corrective time action to resolve those problems. Stay away from CSHP.
