Doctor was great. The people at the front desk, billing and insurance lady Kathy was horrible. Really Rude. None of them knew much about Obamacare and how you get 1 free wellness visit per year, Kathy said she even had more than 30 years dealing with insurance and has never heard of this. We still had to pay the COpay. When you asked them more questions about it the continued to get more and more rude. The funny thing about all of this is that it was in their literature they gave us.
Would go back if the buck was not passed multiple times and Kathy, the one in charge of insurance was no longer in charge of insurance and did not have to deal with the public.
Again the Doctor was great.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Yes everything was neat and sterile

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
No, they didn't wear any cologne
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
