Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.

Dr. Kim Johnson is very insensitive to his patients. He often loses his cool and always sneaks out without asking questions. I have been yelled at before in front of my children/.
He does not diagnose right and his staff is incredibly rude.
