Absolutely horrible!

They made me pay cash/co pay before seeing the Dr, but do not submit claims to my ins. This happened in March and then again in June. I have complained numerous times to them and got a bunch of different excuses; ie: I cannot submit months later (Yes you can, you have 12 months), I didnt work here at that time. (Thats a good one right?!?!), I did submit..(no you didnt), etc.
Now they are going private. BEWARE!!!! They will cheat you!! They will lie to you!!! Who trusts a Dr that employees incompetent people?

This Dr is a complete jerk. He accused me of taking opioids while he prescribed Suboxone-a medication to wean you off opioids. I never ever cheated. And on the day I was kicked out of his practice-and he knew that this was his plan-I paid the charge, went in, and was immediately dismissed without provocation. He collected his fee and I was unable to get it refunded-all outrageous! I'm a 68 year old women, a college professor, and he humiliated me. Stay away from this poor excuse of a doctor. He is unfair, arrogant, and useless as a human being! I'm not going to leave my E-Mail but know that this is a true statement.
