Dr. Justin Chan is great. He listens to me and explains things to me. My problem is with the nurse that assists him. She's nice but she's so rushed. You have to make sure that Dr. Chan tells her about the needed referral(s) before you even go out of the room. Otherwise, it's impossible to get a hold of her. She's like the roadrunner, beep beep, and I'm the coyote. I called earlier for referral, she was out to lunch. I called back and she's with patients. I doubt I will hear back from her. I like Dr. Chan very much but I'm seriously thinking about changing to another doctor. I've been with them for years and she's always been like that. Now that I have more health problems/ getting older, I don't think I can stand another month. I might croak before I get the referral.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning.
