They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They didn't seem to be up to date with current knowledge on specific things for women's care. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The staff was clearly well trained in most areas. That training enabled them to be quite helpful to me with most of my questions. I felt like the doctor was trying to push me for unnecessary future appointments, and threatened to cut off my birth control despite having a Pap Smear a year and a half ago. I changed to a new primary doctor and received better help there.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
