AFTER REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS ABOUT AN ENLARGING LESION ON MY FACE, I SECURED A BIOPSY ON MY OWN AND WHEN I CALLED TO TELL HIM IT WAS CANCER HE TOLD HIS OFFICE STAFF TO TELL ME TO HAVE THE DR. WHO BIOPSIED IT TAKE CARE OF IT. I NEEDED AN IN NETWORK REFERAL WHICH HE FINALLY GAVE ME. NOT ONCE DID HE EVEN SPEAK TO ME. I AT LEAST EXPECTED HIM TO SAY "HEY, YOU WERE RIGHT, LET'S GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF" BUT HE WOULDN'T EVEN GET ON THE PHONE!
