Front office non responsive. I'm pissing urine, have pressure on kidneys, have a heart rate of 120, and was referred for a abdominal Cat Scan and cardiologist..... only no I wasn't. After 5 phone calls from radiology, 4 from insurance company, 2 from cardioligist, several to this office, a personal appearance to try to get them to do it. NOTHING. Both appts I set up were cancelled, with no resolution in sight. It's this kind of lack of concern, and the fact that you will NEVER see the doctor you signed up for that I say......don't do it. The Docs are fine, the girl up front is swamped. It is unconscionable. People's lives are at stake. Go into accounting or something so you don't get someone killed.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
