I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. Maybe have had to wait 10 minutes. I never had to wait for them to show up. The waiting area always has a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
