I went to satish raj on aug. 3, 2009. I was instructed to do so by the Dept. of Social Services, County of San Luis Obispo. I have had surgery 4 times in the last 10 months for cancer in my right shoulder. This has led to total disability in my right arm. The first words out of the so called doctors mouth was why did you come here? Instead of saying how can I help you!!! I knew then he had no interest in helping me. Then he lied to me and told me he would not help me. AND said go some place else. Well I take care of my mom 24/7 for seven years now and it is not easy to get away from the house. This is was under MEDICAL and this is what we are headed for under Obamacare.
