I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They barely acknowledged me, I had to wait for an 1 hr 45 minutes in the exam room. The staff never said the doctor was not there yet, because he was still at the hospital while his patients were waiting for him at his practice. This happened three times before to me by the same doctor, now I found another local doctor that understands his patients time is important too. His staffs' customer service skills need a lot of work too. I know we are a small town but we still deserve good doctors in our town. He is the worst doctor I have ever had in 32 years of medical treatment. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office the first time. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I walked up to them and they told me to just have seat and we will get with you. My appointment was at 8:00AM, they opened the door at 8:06AM, put me in an exam room at 8:40AM and I waited until 9:45AM in the exam room before leaving. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located to the naval base where I work. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
