I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Dr. Horwitz is a fine doctor.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Yes, that's exactly true. I have every confidence in Dr Horwitz.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
