I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They usally run on time, which is a really big deal for me. He is usally ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. He always takes the time to listen to me. I feel like he really cares about me and what I have to say. However his front desk (ladys) need more positive kindness.
