The Doctor himself is a nice guy, as are the majority of his staff. Jan, a nurse, insists that I learn to take my own blood pressure, she leaves the room, and expects me to remember the numbers until she returns. She ALSO rescheduled appointments when not needed so her friends could get the sooner appointment.
